The bar prices seemed quite high to me. I paid £6.50 for a large orange juice intended for a child. The breakfast was an additional £20. The room rate was already £200.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They were friendly and always ready to help with any questions. I even received an upgrade to a Beautiful Room! The breakfast buffet was a real treat, with a huge variety of options to choose from, it was delicious.
The minibar prices weren't clearly displayed, I did find that a little confusing.

The hotel decor was quite unique. It featured many plants, which gave it a very homey feeling. The minibar was refilled daily, a nice convenience. I also received a complimentary bottle of water each day.
The location required multiple connections. A bus stop was nearby, but the dlr station was about a ten minute walk.
